## What counts as a request

Only successful (2xx) calls count against the monthly quota; failed requests are free.

- `get_time_series`: 1 source + keyword = 1 request
- `get_growth`: 1 source + keyword = 1 request (all periods in the call included)
- `get_top_trends`: MCP costs 1 credit per 10 requested rows (max 10 credits per call); REST is 1 request per call
- `get_top_posts`: 1 hashtag + source = 1 request (Business plan)
- `get_usage` (MCP only): free. Shows your plan, requests used this month, requests left, and when it resets
